Booking Tutorials
The Self-Service or Booking Portal is an online tool where you can manage your table tennis activities at the OTTC. You can view our activity calendar, book/cancel your sessions, purchase Open Practice Passes, view your schedule, book your guests (family or friends), Register for training sessions and more. The most common "how to" guides are shown below.

Register for OTTC Standard Membership (Join the Club)
Booking sessions for your guest (members guide)
Book a session as a non-member
Register for OTTC Annual Membership (Join the Club)
STEP 1: Create an Account in the Self-Service Portal (Booking Portal)
STEP 2: Go to Buy --> Memberships --> Purchase the OTTC Standard Membership
OPTIONAL: Update your profile image and additional information
STEP 3: Buy Open Practice Passes and book sessions.
FINISHED: Congratulations! You now have OTTC Member active status!
Booking Sessions for your Guest (members guide)
The Guest-of-Member Pass costs less than a Non-Member Pass. And it can only be purchased via a member account. The pass can then be used to book your guest.
Checklist
✔ I have an active OTTC membership
✔ My guest is related to me in the Booking Portal as a Family Member, or Other (Not sure? Review the tutorial called Setting up a Relationship)
✔ I will be booking my friend and myself into the same session
STEP 1: Log on to the Booking Portal
STEP 2: Go to Buy --> Packages --> then buy the 'Guest of Member Pass'.
STEP 3: Go to Book sessions --> Click on the gray FILTER button located at the top-right of the calendar. A pop up window will appear showing your name and other names that are in your team. Choose the name of the person you want to book. Click the green FILTER button.
STEP 5: Still in Book sessions page --> Click on the session you want to book. A pop-up box will appear with the details of the session.
STEP 5: Verify the BOOK FOR field shows the person you intend to book. If not, go back to STEP 3.
STEP 6: Click on the Package drop-down list and select the 'Guest-of-Member Pass'.
STEP 7: Click the green BOOK button.
FINISHED: Congratulations! Your guest is now booked into the session.
Non-Members Booking an Open Practice Session
Please note that this reserves for one person only.
STEP 1: Create an Account in the Self-Service Booking Portal or log on if you already have an account. (note that if you do not have an account when buying, you will be asked to create one)
STEP 2: Go to Buy --> Packages --> then at the top of the page, click on "Reservation Types - Select the Non-Member Passes checkbox -> click Buy
STEP 3: Go to Book sessions --> Click on the session you want to book. Watch as a pop-up box appears with the details of the session.
STEP 4: Click the green BOOK button.
FINISHED: Congratulations, You are now are booked! Have a friend repeat these steps to join you.
Setting a Team or Family Relationship
Setting relationships is useful if you want to manage the bookings of a friend through your portal.
Checklist
✔ I am planning to manage bookings for a friend or family member using my account
STEP 1: Create an Account in the Self-Service Portal or log on if you already have an account.
STEP 2: Click on your name or icon in the upper left. This will take you to your profile page.
STEP 3: Go to the RELATIONSHIPS tab --> Click the green ADD RELATIONSHIP button and follow the prompts.
STEP 4: In the 'I want to add a/an' drop down, select appropriate response below,
- If you are adding a friend: Choose Other.
- If you are adding a family member: Choose Parent/Spouse/Child/Sibling
STEP 5: If the other person already has an account, you can try looking for them by name in the search field. If they are new to the OTTC, then click the green ADD button to enter some information about them.
STEP 6: Follow the remaining prompts.
FINISHED: Congratulations, You have setup a relationship!
Troubleshooting?

If you receive the message “failed to login”, then try refreshing the page and login again

If you are already a member and get the message “MEMBERS ONLY!”, then try refreshing the page and login again

The portal times out (logs you out) after a few minutes of inactivity
