The Ottawa Table Tennis Club is relocating to a new, upgraded facility on Colonnade Road South, starting March 1, 2025. 🏓

📦 February 28th – Move-in begins
🚧 February 28th to March 10th – Renovations (programs are paused)
🏓 March 11 -15th – Rolling-open resuming programming!

Club Progress Updates!
Friday February 28th - Movers and volunteers to clean out all equipment, furniture, supplies, tables from present location on Louisa Street and bring to new facility on Colonnade Road South
Saturday and Sunday March 1st - Store moved items in appropriate places to make room for construction to begin. What? It's started already?! Yes!
Demotion has begun!
Electrical and ceiling strategy is in place. Walls and ceiling starting to come down.
Monday March 3rd - Goodbye and thank you Louisa location...and ... Construction continues in our new location!
Wednesday March 5th - Back to work! More walls coming down to make even more space!
Thursday March 6th - Even more walls coming down to make extra space!
Friday March 7th - New drywall up and other areas repaired. Ceiling work almost complete and getting ready for paint!
Monday March 10th - Ceiling painted and walls being done! Progress is quick. We're getting excited!
Tuesday March 11th - We are in the process of finishing the light levelling. Most of the painting is complete. Equipment will be brought from a storage today at noon.
Tomorrow morning at 9am, installation of the flooring is set to begin.
We are looking forward to resuming training activities very soon!
Wednesday March 12th - Ceiling lights being finished. Clean up being done. Floor underlayment being installed with help from Levi, Eden and other club members - Thank you!
Friday March 14th -Soft Opening This Sunday – Members-Only Access
We’re excited to announce that our soft opening will take place this Sunday, welcoming our members back to the club! During this phase, we’ll be focusing on our training programs and private lessons, with limited practice sessions available for members and their guests. These sessions will be listed on our club calendar.
We are still working on final renovations, including signage, and appreciate your patience as we put the finishing touches on our new space. We look forward to fully opening as soon as possible and can’t wait to see you back at the tables!
