Match Practice Program
The Match Practice Program at the Ottawa Table Tennis Club is designed for players who want structured, competitive match play to get ready for tournaments such as the OTTC Challenges, Ottawa Regional Championships, House League, and other sanctioned or out-of-town events.
Sharpen your game. Build your confidence. Prepare to compete.
This is not just free play — every session is organized and results count toward your seasonal standings. Players are grouped by skill level to ensure fair and challenging competition, with opportunities to move up as you improve.
Program Highlights
Seasonal Format – Multiple 8-week seasons throughout the year, with new opportunities to climb the ladder each time.
• Skill Categories – Players are placed in competitive classes for balanced, meaningful matches.
• Singles & Doubles Sessions – Options on weekday evenings and weekends.
• Points & Standings – Earn points based on performance, participation, and consistency across the season.
• End-of-Season Recognition – Awards for top performers and special contributions to the club community.
When and Where?
Match Practice sessions are offered weekdays and weekends.

• Members: Discounted seasonal and single-session passes available.
• Non-Members: Welcome with advance booking.
Suitable for adults and competitive youth who are comfortable with formal match play.
