INTRODUCTION TO COMPETITION (Base) – COURSE OUTLINE

WHERE? Ottawa Table Tennis Club

INSTRUCTOR : Zedplin Law

FEES : $150 (HST included)

Tailored for coaches who wish to prepare and support athletes for competition. This course focuses on teaching coaching practices and theories. Over the course of 2 days, you will learn tactics and techniques, basic sport psychology, as well as learn how to build training plans and analyze skills, through a series of in-class and in-gym sessions.

 

The participants of this work shop are encouraged to pass the “Exams for Club Umpires” and required to pass the “Make Ethical Decision Online Evaluation” and will have to hand in their assignments to obtain a “Trained” status.  

 

Base Evaluations (90 minutes per trainee) will be scheduled at a later time.  All trained Coaches meeting the evaluation requirements will be provided with a “Certified” status.
